Vendor Terms:
• Redeemable only at participating vendors, and only for goods and services as approved by each vendor at the time of purchase.
• A minimum purchase requirement is likely with all vendors.
• Any vendor may refuse to honor a Climate Credit at any time, for any reason.
Climate Credit Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions are included at the time of purchase:
• Present this Credit and receipt of purchase PRIOR to any purchase to determine which goods or services it may be applied to.
• Climate Credit value may not apply at all locations; please check the list online to see which vendor accepts what level of credit for which goods or services
• This Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. No cash change will be given for unused value.
• Treat this Credit like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
• Each Climate Credit is valid for one (1) purchase only and may not be combined with other Muni Credits.
• Additional restrictions may apply at the discretion of each vendor at the time of purchase
• Duplication of this Climate Credit is prohibited by law
